A contact lens prescription is not included in your eye exam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit card, and credit card. Direct billing to patient&#8217;s private insurance is not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Records<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To get a copy of your prescription, send a text message with your mobile phone to our office phone number, 604-276-8557. In your message, type RX COPY, followed by your full name and phone number. The fee to obtain an additional copy of your rx is $10.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To have a summary of your most recent eye exam to be transferred to another clinic, send a text message with your mobile phone to our office phone number, 604-276-8557. In your message, type SUMMARY, followed by your full name and phone number, and the name\/fax of the clinic receiving your information.
